You may notice that changes you have made is not reflected in your Sitemap. Most likely this is due to periodic update of the Sitemap. 


  • HTML Sitemap: Changes you have made will be reflected in the HTML Sitemap within an hour.


  • XML Sitemap: Changes will take longer to be reflected in the XML Sitemap.  You can expect XML Sitemap to refresh every seven days.  While this may seem long compared with the HTML Sitemap, limitations of the Shopify API restricts XML Sitemap update frequency. Please also note that Google also crawls sites weekly.
